Hello. Yesterday I came and spoke to someone for awhile about a new bike. I moved to town and am starting up a new job where I walk to work everyday and one of your employees was so very helpful in aiding me in finding a bike. I believe their name was Kent or Ken ... He was from Idaho. Anyway, I didn't return today to purchase the bike because I looked over my coming paychecks and I realized I wont be able to afford a bike for a few months, but I still wanted to say that Ken (?) was still very helpful and attentive. I appreciated his advice and I hope to return when ever I get the funds.
Thank you so much for such a great bike fit. I had been riding my bike for 2 years thinking it was a good fit. Doing Triathlons etc. Boy was I wrong.
Right away after your fit I could feel the difference. It took a few days to adjust but once I did I felt like I could bike all day. I pulled up from the group
rides feeling fresh. A week after the bike fit I had a Triathlon race were I got my best bike time. What I liked the best was how fresh my legs felt going
into the run. This caused me to have my best run split yet off the bike.
Thanks again. DR
Recently purchased two bikes, Alan was my contact. He was great, took time to make sure all our questions were answered and that the bikes were the best fit for my wife and I. He helped us put our bike carrier on the car , this was most helpful !! He was very patient, and had deep knowledge about the product. Great communicator ! We left feeling positive about Pedal Power. We will come back. -DC

Dear Mr. Yates & all the crew @ Pedal Power,
I wanted to take a few minutes to write "thank you" for all your years of caring and skillful service - especially for your help today. After the tires were given air, I no longer felt a bump and my ride felt completely normal. (I'll know when to come in for air now!)
I try to send business your way too, as I have great faith in your service.
Again, thank you all for helping my poor old bicycle to keep plugging along. Who can say - I may even buy a new one some day! God bless!
Dear Billy Yates,
My wife A.S. and son M. K. join me this morning in order to express our profound thankfulness and joy for the gift of a bicycle we got from you yesterday through L. of the Kentucky Refugee Ministries.
We really appreciate your gesture of magnanimity and goodwill by offering us a means of transportation that can really change our lives and make our dreams become true here in the U.S.
May the Almighty God bless you, your family and business.
Thank you & the Pedal Power tearm for your sponsorship & bike support at our Tri for Sight triathlon. We had a great day & raised over $10,000 for the UK Eye Research Fund. You helped make it a success. Thanks GV

Pedal Power Bike Shop,
Thanks so much for your generous support of Bikes Belong. We really appreciate your contribution!
Billy & the rest of your group...
Thank you!! You made me so happy with the great flowers & the little vase was so fun! I was so touched you thought of me. I'm in a LOT of pain, to be expected when hit by a truck. Trying to stay positive. It is just so hard not to worry about working out, & gaining weight - when I broke my ankle I gained 40 lbs in 6 months. I am however, very grateful to be alive! Thanks again, it really meant a lot to me. -PS
Billy, I wanted to thank you for letting me have the bike. I went there a long time ago, but have finally outgrown it and desperately needed a new one. Sincerely SP
Dear Billy & Helga,
Thanks so much for joining Bikes Belong & welcome to our membership! Although we have been responsible for roughly $385k in work in KY, we would love to do more. The federal funds are there, & shops like yours can help us find the best places to apply their funds. Please call or write anytime.
All my best, S
Thanks for your help w/ the bicycling unit at the Woodford County Middle School. The helmets are wonderful. -M
Billy & all,

Dear Pedal Power,
Hi guys! It's been a long time coming but I wanted to personally, and on behalf of the club, thank you for providing the on-site mechanical service during this year's Horsey Hundred. You helped create and exciting and friendly atmosphere. We hope to see you out there again next year!

To Pedal Power,
Just a note to thank you for all of your expertice and patience in correcting the recent problems with my Giant. I sincerely appreciate you and the manufacturer standing behind the warranty. I have bought several bicycles and referred numerous people to you over the years. With such great service, I will continue to do so! Sincerely, SG
Dear Pedal Power-
Thanks for your support of the 2nd annual Tour de Tulip. Despite bad weather early in the day, we had about 70 riders-everyone had a great time and loved the door prizes. I've enclosed one of our shirts as a small token of appreciation.

I wanted to take a few minutes to comment on the service and help I received with repairs to the rear brakes on our daughter's bike. The bike is a small 20" pink/white Schwinn. I bought the bike in on Wednesday of last week. The young man who waited on me was very courteous and helpful. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly. It was promised on Friday but was ready on Thursday. The brakes work fine and in addition-the other adjustments that he made make riding this bike a real pleasure for our daughter. The young woman at the counter when I picked up the bike was equally as professional. My only regret is that I did not buy the bike from you in the first place. Thanks for great service!
To whom it may concern,
I have been getting my bike serviced by your staff for around three years and have never really got the chance to thank you. I say "thanks" when I pick my bike up, but it doesn't seem enough sometimes. Recently I needed the crank on my bike repaired and couldn't seem to find the time, but thanks to your awesome staff and the priority service sign I saw everything worked out great and my bike was fixed within a matter of hours. Just wanted to send you an email to say thanks and that you all are doing a great job! I work in customer service myself and know how important it is to keep customers happy, and I must say I think you've cornered the market!
Keep up the good work! Sincerely, DF.
Here is a little something to show our appreciation for you and your workers at the shop. You have been very kind and generous to us over the past few years and we are very thankful. We hope all is well with you, your workers, the kids, and Helga. Have a great new year! -BS
Just got back from a 23 mile ride on my new Cannondale Warrior 400. I got completely lost on the local backroads; following first one set of cyclists then another (so nice out; EVERYONE was riding!) Having upgraded from my Nishiki of indeterminate age i'm still amazed at always being in just the right gear without reaching for the downtube. The oversized aluminum frame leaps so readily when I push the pedal that it feels even more like flying than usual. The 25c tires, short toptube, and slightly raised stem meant that my out-of-shape legs and lungs ached toward the end, not my hands, back, or behind. A beautiful ride in spite of losing my 3-way hex wrench out of an unzipped pannier(yes, i've already cluttered this bike with luggage, too) and my blinky light breaking off at an intersection. Thank you and everybody at Pedal Power for hooking up an un-wealthy gearhead with the right stuff. Which reminds me: when I got lost today I didn't have enough water and I suspect my tires are under 100 psi so I guess I need a new camelbak and floor pump with gauge. Oh yeah, and my old frame pump doesn't fit this bike. It's going to be a great summer.
Thank you for your continued support of our Tri for Sight Triathalon. We had over 350 athletes, and will make another significant gift to the UK Eye Clinic. The gift certificates, discount coupons, bike numbers and your presence early Sunday morning helped us put on a great event.
We are so impressed and grateful for the timely and helpful response to the outbreak of flatted tires at this years Lame Duck triathlon, you really saved the day! Thank you so very much for your kindness! Please let us know the cost of the tubes or parts. Thanks again for saving the day.
-CM and RS
Dear Helga and Billy,
Thank you both so much for your generosity. I really appreciate you working with us so that I could have a nice bike. We have already been on a 14 mile ride and the bike was great.
-Thanks again, RH.
To everyone at Pedal Power,
I realize it was just in another days' work to you, but I enjoyed my visits to your store. The people couldn't have been nicer and more courteous and I was really impressed with that despite the small job you did for me. Although my recommendations don't mean a whole lot to some people, I guess every little bit helps and you'll sure get that from me to others. Once again, thanks again and please keep up the good work!
I don't think there's enough room on this card to adequately thank you for what you've done. You are not only a great role model, but a great friend. Because of you, I am proud to race and promote Pedal Power. Thanks.
Dear Pedal Power,
Thanks for being the COOLEST bike shop in town! Your level of professionalism, expertise and commitment to the customer is unbelievable. You have my utmost respect and lifelong source of recommendations to friends.
Thank you for helping again at this year's Tri for Sight. Having you there Saturday and Sunday helped us put on a first class event. And, thanks for the gift certificates. I hope some of the race members will show up in the shop. We had 269 starters and almost 300 participants including relay. Please keep us in mind for next year.
